Alex, the technician, was very prompt and he was able to fix my 20 year old unit that same visit (less than a hour). He was schedule to come out on the same day I called and arrived on time, diagnosed the AC unit and told me what he was doing and what he was looking for. Unfortunately after over an hour of dismantling the unit and checking the expected voltages at different parts, it was determined it was not a quick fix. Kevin then provided 4 options going forward, each with their price options. It was hot out and he took his time diagnosing the issue. Alex was over within an hour and a half as was told in an emergency situation... elderly woman in 100 degree weather and cooling system not working. Alex was professional, kind, caring, and explained in detail what was not working in the HVAC system. He found out what was wrong and installed the new part in less than an hour with cool air again. Pricing was reasonable.
